Hi,

I noticed recently that I have to sign-in to Auctiva everytime I go to it, even though I'm hitting the "remember me" button.. Are you aware of this issue?

Thanks,
Scott

Danno, thanks for that suggestion, but it didn't change anything.

It could be cookie-blocking add-on software, and not just the browser setting.

Which OS and browser are you running?

It's doing the same thing to me...it just started when the new home page was released. Very annoying. I don't think they are aware of the issue yet Frown

It certainly must be an Auctiva problem, as I am now having to sign on everytime as well and this only started happening with the release of the new home page. Let's hope it gets rectified soon.

Yep, I've got the problem too. Apparently, it started with release of the new home page.

When I went to the site tonite, I was already signed in Smile
I got the old homepage back (I liked it better anyway) I wonder if everyone will get the original homepage back again.

Hi Community,

We have been doing some testing of different home page designs and the "Remember Me" option does not work properly on the new home pages we are testing out. Therefore, if you hit one of our new home pages, you will likely need to log-in to your account again even if you had the "Remember Me" box checked the last time you logged in.

I believe it would be ideal if the "Remember Me" option could be made to work with the new home page designs we are testing, and I have passed that idea on to our developers as a suggestion for future consideration.

If you have any additional questions or concerns regarding your Auctiva account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by completing the web form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
