I have only been with Auctiva for one day, but everything in the listing section loads VERY slow or doesn't complete loading. I have high speed connection and this is not happening anywhere else or on other sites. Is this normal for Auctiva and do I need to find another service. It really shouldn't take all day to upload a photo. Otherwise, this looks impressive.

Thanks for the reply. I wasn't referring to "store" images, but if this is affecting even the listing page or image upload, I guess that would explain it.

The 'site' slowness is actually attributed to our service provider, which is very frustrating for us. Not trying to pass the blame... just stating the facts. Trust me, we are very frustrated with this issue also and take full accountability for it. Everything looks fine now.. but we did have slowness from about 8:30am - 10:30am PST this morning.

The store window banners haven't worked all night. It causes the browsers to lock up with one image left to load. This has been a daily occurance. And not being able to post during the times you want to is getting very annoying. Even manual posts won't work half of the time, and you can't cancel them right away when they don't post.

MikeBiker,

Are your troubles with being able to list due to the site running slow, or not being able to upload images? Or are you getting errors?

The entire site loads very slow. The popup windows for catagory and images open slow. Images will not upload at all. It acts like they are uploading the poof it is all gone. The window says site not available.

MikeBiker,

From everything I can see, the site should be running quickly right now. Bandwidth is low and no overload of support cases with people complaining about downtime or slowness.

Thursday and Friday we had a lot of issues with the site being slow and store window images. I'm wondering if your browser has cached the fact that certain parts of our site are down? Try clearing your cache and see how the site loads again.

I cleaned out everything and the site is running a little better but the pictures still seem not to be loading. I have been waiting 15 to 20 minutes to get 10 pictures loaded. It is not it was before the switch. It was a wonderful listing tool and I enjoyed using it. Please restore it to it's former glory.
Thanks, Mike

Mike,

We will figure out what has slowed down for image uploading. Unfortunately, we don't have as many people around on weekends to figure out what is going on. But, we are monitoring things over the weekend and trying to keep things running as fast as possible...

I've been trying for hours to write and load new eBay listings but the Auctiva system is not responsive. What's happened? I'm not sure Auctiva is getting much value for the upgrade they say they've invested in.
