I was reading the ebay boards tonight and came across auctiva, very positive posts, so I joined. I got my ebay token, it imported all my items, good so far, I think! Now, my original search was how the heck the auto thank you emails, etc are done and what was the best way to try and ship, ( i like the sellers that auto send you a tracking number) just cant figure out how all this works. SO I read about ebud. I am lost as to what is the difference in ebud vs the free auctiva? Also, I set up paypal for payments, then I see a post about auctiva has checkout options. Is there a charge for this? I wanted also to be able to print shipping labels. LOL I might be trying to do a one step process thats not available?
1) We don't currently have auto thank you letters or shipping labels available. Look for these features to be included in the Phase II release which is scheduled for May 2006. I believe if you print your shipping labels through Paypal, they send the tracking number email.
2) As long as you have the box checked to accept Paypal payments, buyers will be able to pay through Paypal on the Auctiva checkout. Everything on the site is FREE!
