My present ebay account, the email address is different to the paypal email address. I want to change the email address the same as the paypal. But here comes the problem, I used the paypal account to register the ebay account but fail before. The account has been frozen. I don't know why. And then I change another email with the paypal account to re-register another ebay account, and it has been passed. So now if I need to change my present email account the same as the paypal account, I need to cancel the frozen account. But if I cancel it, according to ebay policy, closed a account will lead to can not re-open with the ID and email again. But If i don't change my present email to the same as the paypal account,I can not list on ebay. They said my email address are not the same as the paypal account. So please anyone can tell me what to do?
