Does Auctiva allow backup of my listings to a database? If so, what is the DB architecture and will i be able to revise my listings in the backup database using some tool such as SSMS/Access?

Thanks for posting your question here.
We do not currently offer any functionality that would allow you to create a database backup of your listing data, nor do any revisions in a manner like you have described, but I will share your comments in this regard with our Product team as a suggestion for future consideration.
The only feature set we currently offer which allows you to export data from your Auctiva account are the reporting tools which can be accessed by mousing over the “eBay Sales” tab within your account and selecting the “CSV Reports” option.
