I don't see a way to add notes next to a transaction. Is this b/c there is no way to do this or I am I just needing to put the crack pipe down? Confused

I am wondering the same thing here. I need to be able to do this if I want to list using auctiva. Have you figured out how to do this yet? Anyone have suggestions??

No, I still haven't figured out if there is a way to do this and no one has responded as of yet...

This option is not currently available through Auctiva, however, it does sound like a useful feature. If you would like to suggest this feature, you may want to post a thread in the "Suggestions" section of out community forum for better exposure.
