Got a question. I thought once I signed up and generated an ebay token it was good for more then a month. This morning I went to sign onto auctiva and as soon as I hit logon a error page came up stating that I needed to generate a ebay token. Do I have to do this every month?? If not then what happened?

I've been here five months and have only generated my token once.

Someone will be along to help you soon or fill out a ticket for help.

Good Luck,

Hello moonandstarman,

You should not have to create a new token each month...it should be valid for 2 years once you create it. I checked your account and saw you had a valid token but that's probably because you already created another. I'm not sure what happened to cause you to have to create a new token though. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Thanks. Dont know either. Is this going to cause problems now that I have 2 ebay tokens? Dont want ebay getting confused or think that I'm trying to duplicate an account. I haven't tried to list since this issue just trying to ask these probably stupid questions before I run into problems.

Hi again,

It shouldn't cause any problems. I checked your Auctiva account and it shows a valid token linked to your eponymous eBay account so you're all set to list.
