I want to put Auctiva on my laptop as well as on my desktop. When I try, I am told the name and password are in use. Can you help?

I would think all you need to do is sign in???
I use my home computer, work, friends, etc. and never have any trouble signing in. Or am I misunderstanding your question?

Just log in on your laptop. You don't need to register or sign up again or anything
