When I choose insurance required it inserts the old usps rate. I looked it up on the comparison chart and sure enough the old rate table shows. Also, am I suppose to turn off ebay check out and turn on auctive? I thought I was pretty savey but I am having trouble figuring out everything.

The insurance rates inserted are based on Auctiva's insurance, not USPS. Auctiva's insurance rate did not go up when USPS's did.

Do you wish to use Auctiva Checkout? If you turn it off, your buyers will use eBay checkout by default.

We'll be updating our insurance rates in our next site update to match the post offices, some went up, some went down. The rate tables will adjust at that time as well. We also made the table easier to understand because I found the old one confusing.

The update is scheduled for Wednesday June 6th.

Jeff, I hope that those rate changes will only affect auctions listed after June 5th...

I have several auctions currently running that have insurance included in the shipping price...

auctiva jeff, please be more clear as to which listings will be affected! i too have current listings already "including" insurance in the shipping rate and will take a severe beating to my bottom line if the rates go up!!!!
