I posted an item in auctiva and it shows in ebay under myebay, but it does not show in my ebay store. What happened?

This is perfectly normal (tho unacceptable usually) . Ebay will pull listings for fraud check or indexing, especially when first listing with a 3rd party service. Don't worry, as long as they are in your 'my ebay' they are listed and will show up soon.

I just had this problem I am so glad I looked here I thought something was wrong with my setting and I wa going nuts trying to figure out what I did wrong, sure would be nice to have a note saying that somewhere in listing area so we dont go crazy, because though I like this site, I am very confused with it its not as easy to navigate as they make you believe.
