Hi Mike D. im having problems with my ebay token, it keeps telling me that I have multi accounts, but im not sure how that is my ebay username is georgiaboy2006. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for letting us know about this. I checked our records and found that the reason you have been unable to generate a token for your Auctiva account with username "2008babies" is because your eBay account is already linked to an existing Auctiva account with username "2006babies".

I just went ahead and canceled your "2006babies" Auctiva account and disassociated it with your eBay account so you should now be able to successfully generate a token for your Auctiva account with username "2008babies".
