Changing the eBay ID does require change on your Auctiva account page to reflect the new eBay account ID and getting new Token. That can also sometimes require opening a Support Case for the change in order to get the new Token. However, if you haven't yet changed the ID at eBay, you can't make the change at Auctiva. Danno

If you've changed to the new eBay ID at Auctiva and it won't allow the new Token (get that error message), you need to enter a Support Case to have it cleared. Danno
