I have two computers, one desktop and the other notebook. I have written support to get my password cause it does not work on the notebook. The desktop usually stays logged in, is this why my password is not working on the laptop? I did write support about my password but 24 hours later still have no reply.

Betty, have you tested your theory out? Try logging off your desktop then signing on with your notebook and see if it helps.

Also check to make sure that the Caps Lock key isn't on.
Sometimes that appens to me when DH uses the computer before me and is working on something that he wants in al caps. I don't realize that the Cap Lock is on and then imy password won't be accepted if I am on a site where the password is case sensitive.
