I am new to Auctiva and successfully listed and sold and also have completed all the tutorials, but out of the first two items I sold on consignment, only one showed up in the Create Payout option. How can I get the other one (and there are a lot more coming) to show up in the right folder to create a payout? Maybe I am missing a step. Thank you!
Welcome to Auctiva! If you associated both of these items with the consignor when you posted them through Auctiva, they should have both showed up on your payout report list for that consignor when they were sold. Based on the behavior you are describing, I suspect you may not have associated the one that didn't show up with your consignor you created the listing.
