I choose one of the templates provide by Auctiva. In the preview, it shows that there are graphical headings like description, payment, shipping below which Iu can put related information. However, when i used it, only the first heading (ie. description) is shown. How can I make those other headings appeared?

Are those templates free to use? I don;t see any charges indicated when I choose it.

Yes, use of the templates and almost everything else at Auctiva is free. Only things they currently charge for are the optional Insurance plan, an optional Domain name rental for your Auctiva gallery Store, and custom Template services (they can build Templates to your design specs). They may have some others, but there are no hidden charges. I've been using them for the past 2-1/2 years, and I've only ever paid for their Insurance plan when used.

The fill-in sections that show in the item Descripton are called "Seller Details". You create a profile for Seller Details. See the Profile tab for place to create them and then insert/apply them using the "Select Seller Details" tool just to the right of where you select a Template in the Auctiva one-page lister.
