Can anyone help me please? I have two auctiva accounts and I can't see my listings in either one nor can I list from the website. My eBay listings are more than 24 hours old (they where created in and are showing up in ebud), so I don't think that's the problem. My eBay accounts have been validated. A previous response to a help ticket suggested that I could post new items from the website rather than through Poster, but I don't see anywhere to do this on the website.
Just to follow up: I signed up for the FREE Auctiva services online and they work wonderfully. I'm now listing online easily. What I don't understand is this: Why on earth would anyone PAY for the Auctiva plans - I had signed up for the $19.95 per month package - they are so user UNfriendly when the basic tools to list on line are free?...
