Hello - I have just signed up for an account and have the same info for my ebay account so they will link up right. however, after tring to generate an ebay token and going through the ebay menu an process that should work, I keep getting a message that says there is no token. I have tried to generate a couple more with the same result. I did go to my account and the ebay settings and the same thing happened. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions to fix this issue? thank you

I am having the exact same problem. It started with an expired token. When I went to generate another, I got the same message. So I decided that maybe I needed to create a new account, so I did. Same thing. What's going on? What am I missing?

Based on the behavior you have described, I suspect the reason you are unable to generate a token is because your eBay account is already associated with an existing Auctiva account other than the one you are currently attempting to generate a token for.

turned out that i had two auctiva accounts (though i had forgotten so). that was the problem- once i tried using my second account- the token worked-
maybe that is also your problem?

Different question here but why the big red warning that my token is going to expire in 6 MONTHS?!! Is this really urgent? I can't see why I need to renew at this point.
