Hi ... I'm new, greatly impressed with Auctiva so far, and can't believe I didn't find this sooner.

One thing I cannot figure out, and I hope you'll help me, is where to designate the eBay Store catagories in the Auctiva listings. Where is this handled?

I'm not talking about the listing/item catagories, but rather the eBay Store catagories. Please help!

Never mind, but thanks. I found the answer in the listings forum. Account, Settings, eBay Settings, update catagories. Doesn't it always work like this; I'm finally humbled enough to ask and then stumble across the answer.

I am having the same trouble - where ARE the categories? And can I revise multiple items at a time... everything went to the "other" folder in my store? THanks!!

Hi Furbaby On Board,

You can import your eBay store categories into your Auctiva account by clicking the "Ebay Settings" link under the "My Account" tab within your Auctiva account, and then clicking the "Update Store Categories from eBay" link on the ensuing page.

Once you have done so, there will be 2 pull-down menus on the Auctiva lister page, directly below the category field, from which you can indicate up to 2 custom eBay store categories fro each item.

AUUUUURRRRGGGGGGGG!!!!! i have been using auctiva for a few months and just decided to sign up to the community. and in the first 5 minutes of looking around i found an answer i was looking for. can you believe i was going back to ebay and revising all my listings manually 20 to 40 a day to change the store catagory!!! what a newbie DUH!!!! thanks,
