Hi All - I'm not new to Auctiva, but one thing I could never figure out was how to change an auctiva username. Now, I mean the name on Auctiva.com, NOT on the forums.

Everything works functionally, as far as listings, but my sense of asthetics is going batty because I want my auctiva name to match my ebay name

How do I change my username on Auctiva.com?

Just wanted to post an update - I sent in a help ticket...not only was it answered right away, but they fixed my problem on a holiday, no less!!

Auctiva, once again I am terribly thankful a friend thought to mention you guys to me when I started selling several years back. It is because of you and your service that I've been able to slowly work my way out of debt with eBay auctions. Your people are awesome.
