I have just signed up for Auctiva and worked my way through the 'Generate Ebay token' etc. When I now look at my Ebay shop only 6 of my 52 listings are visible and most of my shop categories have disappeared. I understand that the listings will be restored over the next 12 hours or so after checking, but will my shop categories be restored as well? I'm just getting a bit worried now.. what have I DONE!!!

Welcome to Auctiva! Your current listings have actually not been removed from eBay, but are being “re-indexed”.. When you sign up for Auctiva and the scrolling gallery is appended to your active listings, eBay must "re-index" your items to appear in the appropriate search results pages which, according to their help page, can take up to 6 hours. Your store categories should be restored after this process is completed as well.

For the record, it would be nice if you gave a big pop-up warning that your listings are going to disappear for half a day. I had several auctions in progress that I had NO intention of updating.
