Anyone else experiencing problems with screen formatting in Firefox after the new release? Everything looks like it's centered and the blue background is all over the place. If I enter the site using IE (Same computer) all is fine.
i'm having the same problem with firefox also. its a mess! i certainly hope this isn't permanent. i have IE and tested it and its fine but i DON'T use IE for anything. all the icons that are supposed to be on top are listed to the side and its on a horrible blue background. does anyone know if this is going to be fixed? it also works fine with MOZILLA just not FIREFOX.
cannot load pictures by clicking on them, but can in list format. blue screen all over the place. description box keeps disappearing. when after 2 hours of messing about I finally managed to make up a listing and pressed schedule it said error and the whole thing disappeared. IT DOES NOT WORK !!!!!!!!!!
I did refresh the page the blue is gone the home page is the same as well as the listing template. But other than that I am having all the same issues as the Firefox users above. Can't click the pictures, my description box is gone or slowly disappears as its downloading.
I haven't been able to duplicate the problems on the one-page lister, especially the fading/ghosting on the description section.
Hmmmm......
I did note the problem on the main page that a refresh cleared. I'm wondering if the problems are "caching". I know I did a clear on the FF cache a few days ago, and generally use FF for checking/testing a webpage for that browser.
Has anyone tried clearing FF cache?

I, too, am having FF problems-especially annoying is the awful blue that this grandmother is having a terrible time viewing. I am none too technically savvy and would love it if one of you young whippersnappers would tell me how to clear the FF cache! Many thanks, mary at creekside Collectible Books

Hi,
From a "Grandfather" ......
1. Choose "Tools" and then "Clear Private Data" on the FF toolbar 2. On the pop-up window that appears, unselect everything but Cache to just clear the cache

That is what Auctiva CS recommended when I sent them a support question.
It worked .... however it didn't "stick".
After I cleared cache and cookies and rebooted Firefox, everything was fine UNTIL I changed something in the saved listing I was working on. Then it went back to plain white space where the description should be.

I started having this problem on the afternoon of the 3rd. Same problem with descriptions not being saved when attempting to submit similar postings. I am out of business for now unless I switch to eBay lister.
I have been messing with this for over 12 hours now, and I am very unhappy. I am happy to see its not just me, SORRY guys I just mean, I am glad that I am not alone with this problem. Has anyone received an answer as to what is happening, or when its supposed to be fixed? Thanks a bunch!
