Hi, I have an account with auctiva but have recently closed my account with ebay and set up another one.

I have now opened a shop on that account but when I go to link auctiva with this account it keeps saying I need an ebay token. I go through the whole process but it fails and asks if I have multiple auctiva accounts which I obviously do but does not tell me how to proceed.

Hi,

A duplicate account error is typically what you get with two Auctiva accounts and one eBay username account.

I would file a Support Case explaning the eBay account name change and the old and new Auctiva accounts. They probably need to clean-out the old account information and associations for the Token process to work.
