hello got an email saying my token had ran out so i have to renue it i can log in ok and access my account but when i try to create a token i get the following error
An eBay account with your eBay username already exists, but belongs to a different user. Do you have multiple Auctiva accounts?
now when i first came on i was unsure what my pass was so i used the email for pass feature and as a user name i used my ebay id and it got me loged in but i still cant create a token any help welcome
The reason you are receiving this error when you attempt to generate a token associating your eBay account with your Auctiva account is because your eBay account is already linked to an existing Auctiva account in our system. If you contact our customer support team and let them know your eBay username, we'll be able to provide you with a solution to this problem.
