I am trying to list some auctions and it keep telling me that I need an ebay token. I follow all of the steps but it keeps telling me to get a token. HELP!!! Thanks

Hi oimagymbogirl, when you signed up to ayctiva you should have been prompted to request a token from ebay so that the listings can be sent to ebay from auctiva.
If you have no token then you need to get one before you can list.

I am trying to set up the token. Each time it takes me through the process of ebay and everything. Then it sends me back to Auctiva and then nothing happens. It still tells me to set up a token.

The reason given for your failed token generation is "An eBay account with your eBay username already exists, but belongs to a different user. Do you have multiple Auctiva accounts?"

Please provide me with your eBay ID so I can look up what other Auctiva account it is associated with.

I deleted your previous eBay token from our database so you should be able to generate your token successfully now=)

To do this, just go to Auctiva -> My Account(tab) -> Ebay Settings -> Get New Token.

I am still getting the same error generating a token but I believe I know why I am getting this error. I have 2 ebay accounts and 2 Auctiva accounts. INJViper and CMJElectronics are the names of both my Ebay and Auctiva accounts. I have my CMJElectronics ebay account linked to my INJViper auctiva account. Can you delete the token from my INJViper Auctiva account please?

Me, too! - When I am returned to my Auctiva account it says "Invalid eBay Token" - ebay id is qualitepistol

Nevermind. . .I went throught the process again and now that message doesn't show. I'll see if I can post an item. Sorry!

I tried everything cleaning the cookies , temp internet files ... still not able to get that ebay token. I even try on both Internet Explorer and Firefox. Should you delete my account and try to start an other one with a different name ?
