I can't get startrd on Auctiva because it refuses to generate a token, the reason given for failed token generation is "An eBay account with your eBay username already exists, but belongs to a different user. Do you have multiple Auctiva accounts?"

Neither of these. I am not the only person it has happened to, far from that, and I'd like someone from Auctiva to see my post to sort it out

You'd be better off to file a support request...use the Help button at the top and scroll down a bit, the link is on the right. They'll sort it out for you
