I have just ended several auction on ebay and my customers are trying to pay. They are telling me that Auctiva is giving them an error message that will not allow them to access my PayPal account. What the hell is going on? I am not amused. Immediate response please.

I had the same problem, but now it is fixed. However, I got another problem, I am not able to load images for my listing.

I'm not aware of any technical issues on our end that would account for the behavior you have described, so perhaps there is a setting enabled in your Paypal account that is preventing some buyers from making payments to you.

For example, if you have your Paypal account configured to only accept payments from buyers with confirmed addresses, buyers with unconfirmed addresses may not be able to pay you.
