I signed up and did my listing on auctiva, but when I checked to see my fees in ebay, it shows that I am being charged for the extra pictures and enlargements . I dont think I totally understand this. I called Auctivia's number thats listed but just got the answering machine. Can someone help ? I want to list other items on ebay, but afraid to because not sure whats happening Thanks
I looked at the two auctions you have up right now and you shouldn't be charged for anything other than your listing fee (unless you have made it featured or something that I can't see just by viewing the listing).
When you looked at your current ebay invoice, did you check the auction number against the one you have listed to be sure you are looking at a new auction and not an older one you listed before you used Auctiva?
