hi i am brand spankin new to auctive!!! I am trying to watch the tutorials to learn the ins and outs. I have a mac. And I cannot view the videos. I dont think mac's accept windows media player. any advice??????
Welcome to Auctiva! I reviewed our "Tutorials" page and it appears that the only recorded tutorial that does not offer a Mac compatible version is the recorded tutorial on how to create and use profiles. Therefore, if you would like to view that tutorial, I recommend clicking the "Navigate Tutorial" or "View/Print a PDF tutorial" links under that topic instead of the "Watch a recorded class using Windows Media Player (video and audio)" one.
All of the other tutorials have an Adobe Flash version, which should be viewable on Mac OS as well as Windows, so I suspect you will be able to view those tutorials if you select the "Watch a recorded class using Adobe Flash" option.
