I have tried so many times to sign up for a token and it keeps saying that I already have an account with Auctiva, I did in the past but I unsubscribed from it thru my Ebay account as a third party. I am getting really ticked about this as I want to list some things, and I am hitting a brick wall everytime. anyone else having problems???

There WAS an issue with tokens recently...File a support request directly with Auctiva using the hekp button at the top of the page. They can see your account and will be able to help you.

Hi jean8436,

While you may have revoked your eBay token associated with your previous Auctiva account through eBay, since you are receiving that error when you try to generate a token from your new account, it is indicative that your eBay account is still linked to your previous Auctiva account in our database.

We maintain these associations in our database to prevent sellers from using a new Auctiva account who already have an existing one in our system. If the scrolling gallery in your listings is associated with your previous Auctiva account and you were to switch to a new one, your scrolling galleries would soon be empty because the Auctiva account they are associated with would no longer have a token linking it to your eBay account.

If you contact our customer support team by completing the web form on the following page of our site, we'll be able to get this situation straightened out for you: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
