O.K. I just went through about 3 hours with feebay live support and was transfered to 4 different departments, I recieved an email in my home email address about ebay motors promoting a seller special so I listed an item in one of the catagories and they didn't give me the special promotion price, did anyone else receive this offer? What I received was an email for a seller special, no insertion fee, and only pay a 75.00 transaction fee when there's a winning bid. they claim because I didn't receive it in my ebay messages I am not eligible for it they even tried to claim the email I received was a spoof email so I forwarded it to them then they claimed they checked my account and refuse to give it to me because they don't have it documented, they even admited it was not a spoof email after they read it, the promotion I received had no stipulations of who was eligible for it, and they also admited to that, but the jerks refuse to give me the discount, just goes to show the name feebay really does fit. I have tried everyone accept the ebay president (if there is one) they really ticked me off today, any comments?????
