Hi,

Maybe there is someone out there who can help me.

I am boycotting eBay, but I have one auction running so I can keep my account current.

I listed one item on May 21st. I only intended it to run one week. Since then, it has been automatically relisting every single time it closes.

I have no idea if there is some option I selected somewhere that is telling eBay to automatically relist my auctions.

Or, perhaps I selected some preference here in Auctiva.

I tried ending the auction, hoping that would stop the relists, but eBay just went ahead and listed it. Of course, I was charged fees both times! If I end it every day, they will relist it every day and I will pay the fee every day!!!

eBay CS told me to do a live chat, but every time I try I get a message on the chat screen saying the connection was lost.

If anyone has any ideas about how I can correct this problem, PLEASE don't hesitate to let me know.

If this doesn't help, you might try filing a support request with Auctiva using the help button at the top of the page.
