I am an Ebay buyer who has a non delivery/no communication issue with an Ebay/Auctiva seller. What are my options to resolve this issue through Auctiva?

WHY would you want to resolve this thru Auctiva??? They have nothing to do with it. You have to resolve it through Ebay.If you haven't recieved your item in 21 days (amt of time for PO to consider it lost) file reports at Ebay/Paypal.

Sorry, I don't mean to sound short with you but I just dont get why you think Auctiva has anything to do with this? How long has it been since you won/bought item?
