hi, I have been using the tracking info on my shipped and paid items and now it is gone? is it just me or has something changed. I have gone in to try to "add tracking" after I ship an item and nothing comes up. anyone having this problem? I tried eBay help and we know how that works

been back to eBay 2x and then they sent me to paypal... big circle and still no tracking info!

Paypal does have a place where you enter the tracking info (I just found it myself.) Under "Recent Activity," each sale will have a "Details" link. Click on that, scroll to the very bottom of that page, and after "Shipping:" there will be an option to "Add Tracking Info." Here you will enter the mode of shipping and the tracking number provided by your shipping service. Then Paypal sends that info. to the buyer, and they can track it themselves without bothering you. Plus you can "Check Shipment" once that is generated from the Action tab on your Recent Activity, and monitor the shipping progress too if you want.

If you paid for shipping through your paypal account, you will always have tracking if you used the free delivery confirm system. I have not used paypal payments for ups shipping yet, but would assume the ups quantum notify system comes into use if you gave ups the buyers email address and clicked the correct boxes.
