This has happened twice now. The customer is sent an invoice but the shipping and handling amount is incorrect. They say it is the amt for priority mail but they only charge them the amount for parcel post...and do not add the small $1.00 handling fee I charge. I am out several dollars per package for the difference. The first time since it was only a few pennies I just pd it and forgot about it but this time it is over 2 dollars. I e-mailed the customer back and explained the problem and asked for 2 dollars more because I already printed the label. I hope he understands and doesn't think I am scamming him.If he does put an extra 2.00 in my acct PP will take a minimum fee of 30 cents correct????? Then I am out again! Any suggestions? I did e-mail PP also...
