I use “sales tax table” under selling preference and also disable “Allow buyers to edit payment totals”. Does this mean it will automatically calculate the total including price of the item and tax without having the buyer to do anything but just to click pay button?

I realized there is also a tax option on paypal. Do I have to set up tax rate there in order to have it integrated with eBay tax setting?
