Hi knotacellar,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. If you would like to use Auctiva's Inventory system to help you monitor how many of each product you have in stock, you will first need to make sure the Inventory option is enabled within your account by mousing over the "My Account" tab and selecting the “Inventory” option under “Settings”.

After enabling the Inventory option, you will then need to enter each of your products (including how many you have available) into the Auctiva Inventory system using the form that can be reached by mousing over the “eBay Sales” tab and selecting the “Add Item” option in the “Inventory” section.

Once you have entered a product you would like to list into the Inventory section of your account, you must link the eBay listings you are creating through your Auctiva account to the corresponding inventory items using the “Is this an inventory item?” option under the description editor on the lister page to ensure they are tracked in the Inventory system.
