I have been using inventory to relist, and its been great.

But I noticed recently that if an item ends unsold Auctiva doesn't relist it even though its set up to relist if an item doesn't sell, or at least 1 items are available in inventory.

I noticed that when an item is unsold, Auctiva doesn't seem to realise, it doesn't relist the item, and on top of that it doesn't credit the item back into my inventory, which keeps sending my inventory off (Auctiva says I have 4, when really I have 5, and none are listed)

I have to go in and manually add the 1 inventory in from the auction that just ended that Auctiva failed to relist.

Am I doing something wrong?

It looks like you are using the feature correctly. I would suggest filing a support case in order to have someone directly look at the issue.

I'm on a listing limit on ebay at the moment, can't post anything for 30 days (i hate ebay sometimes)

So if its still happening next month i'll write a ticket Smile
