We realize the importance of timely information to our customers and we know that we aren't always available 100% of the time. If you need support you will need to "File a Support Request" on the help page of our site, http://www.auctiva.com/help/ The message boards are here to encourage user to user help, and to provide an additional way to receive help when we might otherwise be unavailable for various reasons. As an example you may receive a faster reply from another customer when you post here late at night, or on a weekend or Holiday.
