If someone can take a look at this and tell me where I should put the description tag in, I'd greatly appreciate it!!! I want my listing to look EXACTLY like this (I will add photos later)so could someone place the description tag in my html so that I know how to do it from next time? Thanks for your help!!! Smile

That is some weird coding I have never seen before but here is where I would put the tag:

But then that doesn't included the measurements part.

You could put the measurement part into a profile that will load into the description area so all you would have to do is fill in the details Wink

Thanks for your input. Is my coding really strange??? I didn't know a thing about html up until 2 weeks ago, and I have been piece-mealing what I have been finding online... Anyway, I do see where you put the description tag, but being so new at this, I'm not sure how to go about putting my own description back in... What I mean is, how do I connect everthing back together? I see your [description], but how do I tie my actual description of the item to this? can you help? Confused Thank you!!!

Once your template is coded for Auctiva then you must add it to the custom templates.

Then when you make your listing there is a box where you can type in your description. The information in the box is what will be put into your template when the item is launched to ebay.

Hope this helps some Wink

I just tried and it worked!!! Thank you for your help. I do have one more question... Why is it that when I choose just [Description] instead of [Description and Image], it still puts a photo on top of my description? I would like it outside my border, rather than on the inside, on top of my description... I hope you understand what I am trying to say... Eek

Hope these definitions help

[DESCRIPTION_AND_IMAGES] - this tag inserts your auction description along with your images. The images will be inserted into your description using the location and layout that you specify on the lister page, like one of our regular templates. We use 400x300s with a 'click to supersize' link.

[DESCRIPTION] - instead of the above tag, you can use this one to insert the auction description only (no images), then use the tags below to specify the location/type of images.
