I tried to customize the template using the standard form. Everything came out beautifully, so I saved it. When I went back after saving it to preview , the information is all over the place....payment was gone completely, shipping was under About Us etc..
What am I doing wrong ? Seemed pretty simple when I was filling it in.
Please help !

Its hard to tell what actually went wrong with your customized template. Can you post a 'dummy' listing on eBay, and we can look at what actually went wrong. Then we just need to puzzle the items into right place.
I also customized my own template, and everything went well.
