You can get generic logos made at www.vistaprint.com (free I think). Beyond that, there are tons of options out there. Just do a Google search for logo design.

You are correct Dreamweaver is used for making web pages, it generates code. For a logo you need to create a graphic, so you would want to use an application such as Illustrator or Photoshop. There is a free software program similar to Photoshop called Gimp.
