I am new to e-bay and auctiva. I've never listed anything before and really need some guidance creating a listing with a template. My goal is to have 1 template with all my shipping, payment, seller info, etc. I want to use that same template for multiple listings I want to sell.

I chose the Auctiva template "cool hibiscus". It is listed under my saved templates. However, I do not know how to access and use it when listing my items.

Ummmmm....so you're asking us to do all your work for you basically? I'm smiling but you have to be kidding. It would take hundreds of pages to give you step by step instructions and I doubt anyone is up for that. You know nothing about Ebay or Auctiva?? Here's a good place to start for Auctiva :

Take the tutorials and read as much as you can. It's much easier if you start out buying first, to build up some FB and get an idea of how Ebay works.

Hello, I'm having the same 2 problems I can't choose one or the other {templates or images} it locks up. Then I loose my listing. I will save it now that but then I can't get the pitures on there. It used to work just fine but I would encounter problems once in a while but now all the time.. I loved auctiva but it has happened so much I gave up. I do not want to use Firefox is there something else that can help. I know auctive is a free but rather pay $10 a month and have it work...
