Hi,

I am relatively new to using templates for my Ebay listings and I am having a problem with the Chrome and Las Vegas templates not loading my seller details. The other templates work fine, but for some reason when I try to use one of these templates all that loads is the "contact us" portion of my seller details. I don't know if there is a problem with these two templates, but the others I have used so far seem to work fine. Any suggestions?

I just tested these templates myself and the seller details loaded just fine for me.

If you are still having problems, plese file a support request and let our customer support team help you figure out what is happening.
