I am in the process of making my first listing. i have the template set up, and the Seller details are all in the drop down box. How do I get all of them to list on my template? I can only get one on at a time. Then the previous one disappears! Thanks!
I am having this same problem. I have my seller details all filled out, but they are not showing up on my template. Can you let me know if you figure this out and I will do the same?
O.K., I figured out my problem, but am not sure if it will fix yours. Next to the template section there is a drop down section for seller details. When you created your details (leaving any blank that you did not want) you should have saved and named them. Pick this name on the drop down box and it should automatically fill all of them in.
Ummm I have the drop down list with each name, payment1, shipping1, terms of sale1, etc., but when I pick a name, it will add it to the template, but it will not add ALL of thm. I pick one, and the other disapears!! HELP!!!!
O.K. I think that I know what you did. You must have saved each detail individualy instead of as a whole. You are going to want to start over. Go back to "profiles", then click on seller details and click delete on each one that you have saved. You can cut and paste them into a word document first if you want so that you would not have to re-type them. You would then just cut and past them back in when you start over. Then start over by pasteing them back in one by one, clicking the next button to move onto the next detail. Then hit save when you are all done filling in the ones that you want. This will save them as a whole.
