I am almost finished designing a template, the one thing that I am really stuck on is how to resize the image (I think it's the "Ebay Header" image) that goes directly above "Shipping & handling". I don't see anywhere in the template options (custom or otherwise) that would allow me to do this. My images are around 800x600 and in the listing description I have resized them all to 400x300, and I'd like to do the same for this last one.

A related thing I would like to do is use my background color here, too. Since I cannot figure out how to access this part of the template, I don't know how to add background color here neither. :P
