Can anyone help????? The seller said that she never set it up so is it an auto message as no one has ever said anything to me so i'm not sure if when i sell something that the buyers receives the same auto message????

I believe it is automatic...if you go to Account > Account Settings > scroll down to the bottom, you can either enable or disable automatic emails to winning bidders.
