Hi, I won an item from an email member and i asked her how she done it as it says congratulations - you just won - thank you. Does anyone know if these emails have to be set up as it also says - This is a courtesy email to let you know that we appreciate your business. If you have not already, please visit your eBay account to complete this transaction.

Can anyone help????? The seller said that she never set it up so is it an auto message as no one has ever said anything to me so i'm not sure if when i sell something that the buyers receives the same auto message????

I believe it is automatic...if you go to Account > Account Settings > scroll down to the bottom, you can either enable or disable automatic emails to winning bidders.
