Eden, On the Listings tab http://www.auctiva.com/listings/landing.aspx There is a section for "Custom Templates". In that section you'll see a link for "Manage". Click that to get to the list of your saved custom templates. You can then hit the "edit" button to edit the saved custom template that you want. -Kevin

Hi, sometimes when you try and edit a hand made template in the design view in auctiva it messes with the html coding and adds coding you dont want or need. The best way is to go to this link http://www.practiceboard.com/paste your template html coding in there, hit " SEE HTML " and scroll down, you will see your template. Then you can edit it to your hearts content. Once you have it just the way you like it, go to the listing tab, click on CREATE and then copy and paste it into the text editor in auctiva. (the first page that opens up) DO NOT view it in design view at this point, just name it and click save. Then make your auction listing and attach your new template. Once you attach it to a new auction listing then you can preview it with all your pics added etc and see how it looks befre you post it to ebay. hope this helps.
