I have had this problem many times & it is very frustrating. I cannot open the template window to chose a template for my listing. I've previously had this problem with pix. It is ridiculous. I have the latest version of Explorer so that's not the problem. Someone please help me!!

Aahhh but Explorer COULD very well be the problem (especially IE7). I would suggest you download Firefox and use that.

I tried to download Firefox once before but it said the file was corrupt. Can you please tell me a safe place to download it from? Thanks for your help!

It sounds like you may have pop-up windows blocked in your browser. And if you want to download Firefox go to mozilla.com.
