These is the link to the template i am trying my hardest to load into my custom template. I just bought 2 templates..I had no problems with the first but this one keeps telling me there is an error that one and only one description can be in the template. I have looked this over a ton of times and only see one description tag....anyone see one hiding somewhere or is there a glitch tonight??

Hello, this is a problem with the HTML Design Editor. It doesn't like some HTML configurations for some reason. This is why we added the Text Editor Simply paste your template HTML into the Text Editor (the box that is visible when the Create/Edit Custom Template page first loads) and save it and you shouldn't have any problems.

I had that same problem - my fix - take your shipping details and create your custom shipping section and just use the shipping tag in the template. Worked great after that.

I'm having the same problem but nothing seems to work for me. I bought 5 templates and can't seem to use them.

Were these templates you bought designed for Auctiva?

No they weren't designed for auctiva. I guess that was my mistake.

I don't even know how to paste my practice board link. I really screwed up by buying these templates.

Flashdance, did the seller state they would host the graphics or that you need to upload to a host?

She said I need to upload the graphics to a host.
