I have completed a custom templete, save with a new name. But when I try to select itfrom the "select templete" option in the "NEW LISTNG", I fail to see it, even it key in the complete name.

Please help.

When you are searching for your custom template when creating a listing, are you choosing the "Custom" category when selecting a template for your listing?

When you click Select Template on the one page lister and the template selector comes up, look to the top left corner and you see all the categories to choose from. Click the Custom category and you should see your custom template.

If that doesn't work and you still can't see your custom template, please file a support request to let our customer support team help you further.
